Free - Enhancing Public Sector Reporting across the Caribbean

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of the Caribbean (ICAC), in collaboration with the World Bank Group and IPSASB, is pleased to invite CIIPA members and the wider Cayman community to its virtual event on advancing financial and sustainability reporting by public sector entities. 

This event aims to provide valuable insights into the latest developments in public sector accounting standards and their implementation. 

The virtual event will be on Monday, 27 October, 8:30 AM -9:45 AM EST.

Driving good practice in public financial management is crucial for ensuring the effective and efficient use of scarce public resources. In parallel, the rapidly increasing pressures on small island developing states (SIDS), from the increased frequency and severity of natural disasters, requires well-coordinated climate action and investment by the public sector that will build resilience and help drive effective adaptation.
