Cayman Islands economic update: We are pleased to have Deputy Governor, the Hon. Franz Manderson, Cert Hon, JP provide an update on the Cayman Islands economy and business environment.
AI Demystified: Practical Insights for Today’s Decision-Makers: Presented by Pieta Brown, who leads the Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) practice at Deloitte in the Caribbean and Bermuda region (Deloitte CBC). Pieta’s expertise spans the full AI lifecycle, from building AI literacy and identifying opportunities through strategy development, technology implementation and governance. Pieta’s previous roles have included chief analytics officer, head of data, and product director for machine learning, spanning various global organisations as well as technology- and data-driven industries.
US economic & investment outlook: Lewis Cohen, Investment Advisor at LOM Financial Cayman, will discuss the current investment landscape, expectations for future Fed rate policy and economic considerations of the Trump administration.
Blockchain & Web3 Update: Presented by Danielle Pienaar from Hash Directors. Danielle is a seasoned professional with extensive expertise in the blockchain and digital asset industry, specializing in governance for Web3 and FinTech companies, DAOs/foundations, funds, and operating entities in the Cayman Islands and BVI. Her decade of international experience has enabled her to guide leading organizations to success through top-tier governance, compliance frameworks, operational efficiency, regulatory solutions and accounting practices.
Fundamental Models for Effective Leadership: This session will be conducted by coach and trainer Lorna Murphy and will include topics on:
- Leadership mindset
- Emotional intelligence
- Growth mindset
- Psychological safety in the workplace
