Global Economic Outlook with Marla Dukharan: Economist and leading advisor on the Caribbean, Marla Dukharan, presents a bespoke update geared to Cayman's accounting and financial services sectors. During her session, Ms. Dukharan will dive into the global economic outlook and the impacts of rising interest rates, inflation forecasts and the impact on tourism and foreign direct investment. The session will also cover global minimum tax and what that means for Cayman, and on the ESG front discuss why sustainability makes good business sense. This online session will conclude with Q & A.

Cayman Islands Economic Update: We are pleased to have Financial Services Minister Hon. Andre Ebanks and Financial Secretary Hon. Kenneth Jefferson to provide an update on the Cayman Islands economy and business environment.

Cayman Islands AML Update: Ogier Senior Regulatory Consultant Georgia Scott will touch on topics relating to eKYC and digital IDs. CIIPA Director of Regulatory Affairs and Operations Nadine Ritter is also set to provide updates on the UK ban on accounting services to entities connected to Russia and other sanctions-related information.

ESG Update: The recent release of IFRS S1 and S2 sustainability standards represent a new era in sustainability disclosure standards. A team from KPMG -- including CIIPA ESG Committee chairman Arnaud van Djik -- will wade through the details of these standards as well as present on other updates in the ESG space.

Turning high potential into high performance: Learning and Development specialist Lorna Murphy leads this workshop exploring skills for leadership and getting the most out of
your team.
