Description/Overview:

This course will discuss the evolving global and regional impacts and obligations of the new Privacy legislation and how this will impact all businesses in Cayman. In addition, this course will provide ways to protect yourself and your company from ever growing cyber threats.

Speakers:

Iain Kenny, Director, KPMG - Iain provides senior leadership in the areas of Anti Money Laundering, Regulatory Compliance, Forensic Investigations, Cyber Management and Cyber Incident Response services. He has extensive experience in providing specialized anti-money laundering services to various industries across Canada and the Caribbean, and in Forensic investigations.

Marlon Joseph, Manager, KPMG - As a Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Marlon has a vast knowledge in IT Advisory practice. He spent 5 years in audit and then transitioned to the IT Advisory group where he obtained his certification, and has developed extensive knowledge working on banking/finance industry as well as other large local companies.
