Description/Overview:

Building Trust
Trust is a fundamental part of all relationships, and key to organizational relationships. This program is designed for individuals, leaders, and teams who want to positively impact organizational productivity and morale.  This one day Building Trust program is built on the ABCD Trust Model—a simple yet powerful tool that teaches the four elements of trust that are critical to creating and sustaining trustful and productive relationships.

Empathy
Empathy is a fundamental skill of leadership. During the workshop participants will develop and learn to use the skill of empathy to foster employee engagement, productivity and commitment to the organization.

Learning Objectives:

  • Gain awareness of the elements of trust, the factors that erode trust, and what you can do to build and sustain trust
  • Improve morale and retention through creating a culture of trust that allows creativity, productivity and commitment
  • Diagnose trust issues, manage trust conversations, and revive broken trust
  • Learn a common language for enhancing trusting relationships and becoming a more trustworthy leader

Workbook will be provided to each attendee.

This course is best suited for managers, executives, and professionals charged with leading teams and others.
Whether you lead one person or one hundred, your success is dependent on the success and engagement of those around you.
