PROCEEDS OF CRIME CERTIFICATION

Section 29 of the Accountants Law requires that each sole practitioner or public practice firm annually certify to the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority ("CIMA") that it has complied with the Proceeds of Crime Law ("POCL"). 

(All businesses including accounting and auditing firms in Cayman are subjected to POCL.)
