Melissa Comparin is a Senior HR Business Partner and LPM at Ogier. She is a dedicated and passionate HR Professional with nearly 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Training & Development, Coaching, and Executive Leadership.

Having been in Cayman for almost 10 years, Melissa has worked in various industries such as banking, security, hospitality and now legal.  Prior to being in Cayman, Melissa worked in Canada for two other industries, Food and Beverage and Marketing.  The one constant across all industries is people and it's her passion to ensure they are successful, however that may look for them and the business they are in.
