    This 2-day training is a bespoke IPSAS technical update for the Cayman Islands Government including SAGCs which will cover current standards and updates on upcoming standards.

    Manj is an independent public sector finance professional accountant with more than 25 years experience. She worked on implementing accrual accounting across several large UK central government departments and led the sub consolidation of Whole of Government accounts.

    Cancellation Policy

    On-Site/Flex Pass Conference: You may cancel without penalty if cancellation request is received up to and including 45 days prior to the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a credit less 50% of the registration fee will be issued for requests received up to and including 21 days prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received less than 21 days prior to the start of the event.

    Online Conference: You may cancel and receive a refund if cancellation request is received up to and including 15 days prior to the start of the conference. You can cancel and receive a 100% credit if your registration is canceled within 7 days of the start of the conference. Due to financial obligations incurred by the AICPA, a 60% credit will be issued for requests received up to the day prior to the start of the conference. No refunds or credits will be issued on cancellation requests received once the online conference begins.

    The CFA Society of the Cayman Islands (CFASCI) and CIIPA have paired up for the first-ever Corporate Ethics Challenge.

    The challenge is designed to:

    • Help you gain ethical decision-making experience
    • Expose you to real-world ethical dilemmas
    • Develop teamwork skills
    • Improve presentation skills

    Participants will be placed on teams and each team will receive a case study. The teams will then have just over four weeks to meet, review and discuss the case study and prepare a presentation of their analysis and recommendations.

    The teams will come together Friday, 29th of November at 5:00 p.m. to present their findings before a panel of judges. The panel will then evaluate all of the presentations and name a winner of the challenge

    Participants will receive 5 hours of CPD credit.
