Adonis Samson
Adonis is a Partner in the Cayman office of the Bahamas, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands (BBC) Sub-Area of Ernst & Young’s Financial Service Office.
He has over 20 years of experience with Ernst & Young, majority of which has been within the BBC managing and executing audits for financial services clients.
Adonis’ career has been focused on financial markets area, serving hedge funds, private equity and private credit funds, fund of funds and investment management clients. His portfolio of clients ranges from start-ups to global
multibillion-dollar alternative fund complexes.
He has considerable experience with IFRS, US GAAP, SEC requirements as well as Cayman Islands regulatory matters.
Adonis also has extensive experience in the audit of financial products ranging from a simple to a more complex financial products such as complex derivatives, distressed debt securities, private equities among others.
