Compliance Officer
Tishan Conolly (nee Crowe), serves as Operations Assistant at the Cayman Islands Institute of Professional Accountants (CIIPA).
With more than 14 years of experience in operations across both private and public sectors, Tishan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of CIIPA’s office operations. Her responsibilities span accounts payable and receivable, education and training support, membership services, corporate governance and comprehensive administrative assistance—reflecting her strength as a versatile generalist.
A passionate advocate for education, Tishan’s academic journey includes studies at the University College of the Cayman Islands, Johnson & Wales University and the University of Liverpool. Her dedication has earned her multiple scholarships and grants, consecutive Dean’s List honours, induction into the Alpha Beta Kappa National Honor Society, and the opportunity to be the Award Ceremony Student Speaker for her Bachelor’s in Management graduating class. In 2016, she was celebrated by the Cayman Islands Government as a Proud of Them honouree for graduating at the top of her university class.
Outside of her professional role, Tishan is a proud and busy mom, a small business owner in her spare time, and an active volunteer in her community. She enjoys staying active and exploring her creative side through various projects and initiatives.
