CIIPA Information Session – Primary Schools Numeracy Program

We need YOU to come to our information session to be held at Cricket Square Boardroom at 5 for 5.30pm start on Thursday 13^th July to hear from

Mr Frank Eade, Numeracy Specialist, Ministry of Education, about:

·         What is the Primary Schools Numeracy Program

·         What to expect as a volunteer

·         Why it is not as daunting as you think!

·         How mathematics is taught in our schools

·         How the teachers will support you

·         How you can buddy up with a friend and share the load

·         How HR directors at firms and government departments can help co-ordinate our efforts

·         What schools we’d like to help

·         Why volunteering is good for you

On the night we also hope to here from past and present volunteers who will share their experiences with you.
